Industrial Silencers
Industrial silencers manufactured in all materials. Rectangular or circular and to the latest specification.
Furnaces
We have vast experience in the manufacturing of industrial furnaces up to the highest of temperatures. Made in stainless steel and mild steel materials.
Industrial Ovens
Our factories has the capacity to manufacture industrial ovens either as a whole unit or as flat pack form using interlocking type or bolted construction. We manufacture any sizes from small box ovens, to industrial well ovens, or large curing/drying ovens.
Heavy Duty Duct Work
Our company has many years’ experience in the manufacture of Duct Work Systems, Heating and Ventilation Systems, and Dust & Fume extraction systems to any given dimensions/ specifications. Fully welded systems or lock form construction. Available in most materials including mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium. Ducting can also be produced to DW144 specifications.
Light Duty Ducting
Light Duty Ducting can be made to any specifications.
Air Conditioning Systems
We have the capacity to manufacture air-conditioning units/ air replacement plant to any given design specification. We have facilities that allow us to manufacture units as large as can be transported on the UK road network.
Tanks
JKL has the experience in the manufacture of Tanks of all sizes and in most materials complete with Lip Extraction Systems if required. We can also offer rubber lined tanks. Tanks can be produced whole or sectional (site welding if required).
Roof Canapes
Roof Intake and extraction units can be made to fit any building.
Acoustic Enclosures and Sound Control
We manufacture Acoustic Enclosures to any size, shape, or specification. We offer different standards of noise reduction depending on our customers needs.
Burner Tubes
Burner Tubes manufactured to all specifications. Fully tig welded and tested to meet any specification required.

Completely bespoke designed and manufactured machine guards to fit any machine and safety specifications.

Made specifically for the motor industry. Available in any holding capacity.
